I was taking this in conjunction with several other medications so I wasn’t sure which was improving my symptoms (less fatigue, increased alertness, more energy, less pain intensity). So I stopped everything and without a doubt once I incorporated chlorophyll back into my routine I noticed a significant improvement. Highly recommend

Directions were a bit unclear. I’m not sure if you should shake the bottle before taking a dropper full. I hope I’m not decreasing its efficacy.
The directions also stated that ages 12 and above should take a dropper full. When you squeeze the dropper it seems like it only takes half a dropper. So I used to squeeze the dropper twice to obtain 1 full dropper as per instructions. Big mistake. I develop a rash and was itchy everywhere. Even worse the rash was worse on my face. I started squeezing the dropper once and the rash disappeared.
Finally, it hasn’t been a full month so I hesitate to say that it’s not working but I haven’t noticed a difference. I take it religiously everyday so we’ll see. I may take a month off to see if I notice any difference without it

I would say I love it but I've been using it for three days now. But I definitely like it so far. I notice a glow in my face and skin. I do not feel sluggish, exhausted or tired like usually. I can tell it is detoxifying as well. I have sickle cell trait and low RBC count. Fibromyalgia.
