Been taking this for over a year, I have to say it’s the best thing ever! My whole life I’ve suffered with horrible sleep habits. This helps me shut my brain off so I can fall asleep. Love it so much I’m on autoship.

I don't take this supplement regularly, only when I feel I need it. When I start getting stressed or irritated I will take one of these. It does seem to mellow me out, Enough to help the situation. It says it is supposed to help you sleep but I feel it doesn't affect my energy levels (which is good because I take it during the day!)

Works well for me. Been kind of mellow while using this. Take 4 small sized tabs 2 times a day. No odor or funny smell to these. I would recommend these

I first took PeacefulCalm to help with stress-induced anxiety and heart palpitations. It also helps me when I have trouble falling asleep. It seems to work with your body to naturally return to its baseline. I say this because when I ran out, my symptoms didn’t immediately return, but after about a week I noticed I was feeling frazzled and not handling stress as well as while I took it. There have been no side effects, and Dr Ware adjusted my dosage based on severity and frequency of symptoms, eventually lowering it as my symptoms went away.

I really enjoy the peaceful calm and less stress tablets. They work great to reduce anxiety and nervousness. Dr. Ware has taken great care, time, and resources to formulate pure and effective products that are natural!

Peaceful Calm allows for me to stay calm even through my most stressful days. There is a feeling of inner peace inside of me and it does not budge no matter what comes my way. I do not start or end my day without peaceful calm, that is how much it has changed my life and my approach and reaction to stress

Peaceful Calm really helps me think better. I don't feel so scattered and I can unwind. Also, it really helps with my palpitations!

Bye bye anxiety I’ve been dealing with anxiety for about 5 years, I was prescribed medication before but it would leave me feeling very drowsy, disoriented and just a little slow. So, I would rarely take it unless I felt it was an emergency. Dr. Ware recommended peaceful calm and less stress and I’ve noticed the differences immediately. I feel calm... I’m aware of everything going on but I don’t continue to dwell on negative things or on the unknown like I did before. I’m able to be upset, worried, anxious or scared for a moment, and then continue my day. If you have anxiety you know that that’s very hard to do, to stop your mind from racing. I’ve been taking these supplements for about 4 months and I’m very glad that I am. I don’t feel dependent on them but it’s been very beneficial to my life. I have always recommended to 5 of my friends and all that have tried it tell me similar things. It’s affordable, easy to take and a good remedy to help alleviate anxiety.
