The pain and stiffness associated with arthritis can be debilitating. In order to maintain quality of life, many people resort to medications, which unfortunately means they are frequently fighting side effects. Simple tasks such as opening a jar, walking up the stairs, or picking up an object from the floor can be frustrating or even impossible.
We understand you may be looking for a natural solution to reduce the inflammation and stiffness of arthritis—one that could be taken with your current medication or for long periods of time without any side effects. For this, we formulated EF-Arthritis as a solution.
Individuals taking EF-Arthritis have noticed:
- less swelling in joints
- more flexibility and mobility
- more energy
- better sense of wellness
What is EF-Arthritis
EF-Arthritis is a proprietary blend of herbs designed to decrease inflammation and pain while repairing structure damage caused by chronic inflammation.
Arthritis can due to 3-4 root causes or a combination.
- Immune dysregulation– This is where your body is creating chemicals that attack your cartilage and other connective tissues.
- Repetitive motion and over use such as using the keyboard mouse at work.
- Genetics can play a role in arthritis. This doesn’t mean your genes have to express themselves.
- Infections can settle into the joint.
EF-Arthritis calms the immune system to reduce systemic inflammation and helps to alleviate pain and stiffness in joints.
How does EF-Arthritis work
Tumeric (Curcumin)– Curcumin has reported to mediate anti- inflammatory effects through the down regulation of inflammatory enzymes, such as nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), COX 2 and Arachidonate5-lipoxygenase (ALOX5); various pro-inflammatory cytokine expressions. Has been shown to be clinically effective in the management and treatment of osteoarthritis.
Dong Gui (Ferulic Acid)– ferulic acid counteracts arthritis associated inflammation in different clinical trials. It has demonstrated the ability to induce lowered myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, nitric oxide (NO) levels, PGE2 levels. SF reduces the expressions of iNOS, COX-2 and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) p65 proteins in the colonic tissue. Ferulic Acid also reverses cartilage degradation processes and inhibits expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-1. Essentially, it has the ability to reduce joint inflammation and reverse cartilage damage.
Eucommia (Kaempferol)- has the capacity to inhibit the proliferation of both normal and IL-1_ stimulated rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASFs), which are involved in the destruction of both articular bone and cartilage. Kaempferol inhibits IL-4-induced STAT6 activation while IL-4-driven STAT6 activation has been reported to play an active role in the progression of inflammatory diseases.
Cordaylis– Some studies have shown that inhibition of the ascending reticular activating system and the action of dopamine (DA) receptors in the brain might be responsible for the analgesic effects. Mounting body of evidence suggests that protoberberines inhibit the purinergic ATP-gated ion channel, attributing to the analgesic, antiseptic, anti-hemorrhagic and antispasmodic effects to protoberberine alkaloids.
Codonopsis– found that the ethanol extract could decrease whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, aggregation indexes of red blood cells and packed red blood cells, and speed up red blood cell electrodeposition time significantly, and concluded that it had effects on invigorating energy, and activating blood flow. In another study, showed significantly decrease the weight of adipose pads and the levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol and low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol.
Although this is a very effective solution, it is safe to take with other medications if needed.

“I’ve been taking EF-arthritis for just 2 weeks and have noticed a considerable difference in my hands. I’m 92 years old and have been suffering for years. I’m now able to bend my fingers and pick-up things. My back seemed a little better also.” – Mary
